A working 2000 plus acre cattle ranch located at the confluence of the Big Hole and Beaverhead Rivers is the site of this guest house. On approach the house looks like a humble bunkhouse but when guests step inside they are presented with a wall of windows framing a spectacular view of the Tobacco Root Mountains, overlooking the ranch meadows. Interesting elements of the design created by Vigilante Construction and the owner are massive exposed trusses and a circular staircase supported by a weathered tree trunk. This luxurious bunk house accommodates 20 guests. Vigilante Construction designed and built several pieces of custom furniture for the home including the dinning room table, bunk beds and a unique coffee table made from the undercarriage of an old wagon.
